Welcome to Nuja. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nujakw.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Nuja is operated in Kuwait under Commercial Registration No. 5545181, licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI). Contact: contact@nujakw.com.

2. Products & pricing

All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to display products accurately, but colours, fabrics and finishes may vary slightly from your screen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to limit order quantities.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, or we suspect fraud.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via our approved payment providers. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Kuwait within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, subject to product availability and courier schedules. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns & refunds

You may return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery in accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Nuja name, logo, designs, photographs, and text — is owned by Nuja or its licensors and protected by Kuwait and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content commercially without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe our or others' rights; upload harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorised access; or resell our products without authorisation.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with CITRA Data Privacy Protection Regulation (Resolution 42/2021).

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, Nuja is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or courier disruptions.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version applies to orders placed after the effective date shown above.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts. Consumer disputes may also be raised with the MOCI Consumer Protection Department.
